Q: What types of products do you specialise in?

A: Anything and everything made from textiles. That does tend to mean bags, but it also means wallets, shoes, apparel, umbrellas, tents, etc. And if your project has non-fabric elements that’s not a problem.


Q: What types of businesses do you prefer?

A: We’re open to anyone that shares our passion for great original design.


Q: I’d love to work with you, how do I get the ball rolling?

A: That’s great news, we’d love to hear from you! The first step is to get in touch and tell us about your project. We’re happy to answer any questions and provide extra information you need about our services. Once we have a firm idea of your goals we’ll put together a plan and a quote for you.


Q: Do you work with businesses outside of Australia?

A: For sure. We’ve successfully completed projects with partners based in the US, the UK and across Asia.


Q: How long will my project take?

A: How long is a piece of string… The reality is that on average it takes two years for a start-up brand to get their first product on the shelves. Whilst it’s possible to go a lot faster than that, the important thing is to allow enough time to get it right.


Q: What is your payment model?

A: Our business is split into two streams with different models to suit. Strategy and design projects are fixed fee. For development and manufacturing we scale payment based on the order.


Q: Where do you manufacture products?

A: While we’re flexible with where we manufacture, our primary supply chain for manufacturing is in the south of China.
