Design
Design is the cornerstone of Soft Serve Studio and it’s where it all began. Throughout designing hundreds of products, we’ve established a design methodology that’s specific to textile products. On top of the more conventional industrial design processes that delve into the user experience, our process involves a strong relationship with our pattern makers and manufacturing partners to quickly iterate, test and identify solutions. Combined with our constant investigation into material developments, we’re able to push innovation from ideation to final production.

Manufacturing
Through our established network of suppliers and manufacturers, Soft Serve has capability to manage your Supply Chain from raw material through to assembly & shipment. To ensure your order stays on budget we navigate the product costing process and quantity negotiations. Then our rigorous QA & QC services ensure your product is manufactured to the required quality and conforms to specific standards before it has left the factory floor. This means the landed product is ready to be sold and greatly reduces the chance of returns. We can even provide planning, ordering and inventory control guidance coupled with shipping and logistics services to ensure glitch free transportation, importation and arrival of product to its final destination.
